Opening hours
The festival programming starts with the
wellness activities on the morning of Sunday 27th August at 9.30am. Entry will be allowed from 9:00am Sunday 27th August. You are welcome to set up camp from Saturday 26th from 3pm by prior arrangement. Food and drink will be available on site.
Leaving times
All tents/ campers/ caravans must leave the site by 3pm Tuesday 29th.
Parking
Free parking is available within easy walking distance of the festival, however you must order a
parking pass when purchasing tickets.
Camping
- Camping is €5 per adult for the duration of the festival, under 18’s camp for free. You must purchase tickets in advance.
- SOIRÉE47 is a family friendly festival. There are two main camping areas, one is close to a main stage, the other is a short walk away.
- It will be very dark late at night, don’t forget to bring a torch!
- Please be respectful to your fellow campers and the local villagers, a “bonjour” goes a long way!
- Electrical hook ups are extremely limited, contact us for prior arrangement.
- Campervan spaces are also very limited, again please contact us for prior arrangement.
- There are indoor/outoor showers available.
- There are toilets in several places of the festival site.

Food
There is food available all day, including vegan options at the festival with a selection of local food vendors and two restaurants.
Drink
There will be a selection of wines, beers and soft drinks available at affordable prices.

Medicine & Pharmacies
Unlike in the UK day to day first aid or basic medicines such as pain relievers are not available anywhere except in Chemists (Pharmacies) which will generally have the usual opening times

There will be an emergency chemist open somewhere in the area but this could be a 45 minute drive.

There are no ATM’s on the festival site, the nearest one is in Duras (10 minute drive) Crédit Agricole, 2 Rue des Droits de l’Homme 47120, Duras.

Can I use a bank card or credit card at the festival?
Is there a shop on the festival site?
No, not one! Food and drink available on site, anything else you’ll have to bring with you!
Where is the nearest supermarket?
Duras; Carrefour (10 minute drive)
Miramont; Intermarche, Lidl (12 minute drive)
Are there any taxis late at night?
There won’t be any taxis available outside the festival site, but you could book one in advance with a local taxi driver, see
travel and accommodation section.

Can I hire a car?
Can I bring my own food and drinks onto the festival site?
Only those who have purchased a camping pass will be permitted to bring a small amount of alcohol onto the festival site for consumption strictly at your camping pitch. All other areas at the festival site, own alcohol is forbidden. Each person with a camping pass will be allowed either
4 cans of beer/cider OR 1 bottle of wine per person. No glass is allowed on site so please bring plastic bottles or containers. Searches will be carried out upon entry. Once you have entered the site you can leave but cannot return with alcohol. Alcohol will only be allowed in on your first entry.
Please note you can bring a sealed bottle of water onto the site in a plastic bottle per person, free drinking water is available to refill your bottle but all other food and drink must be purchased from one of the restaurants or vendors. People coming with very young children can bring any food/ drinks they require for that child.
Drugs
SOIRÉE47 has a strict no drugs policy.
Can I bring my dog?
Sorry although we are all animal lovers unfortunately all pets are strictly prohibited (Except assistance dogs).
Can I leave and re-enter the festival site?
Yes providing you have the correct wristband.
ID
Photographic ID might be required for all customers to gain entry to the festival and/or to get served at the bars so we advise that you carry this with you and ensure that all individuals in your care also have ID.
Can I apply to volunteer at the festival?
Yes you can,
get in touch and we’ll send you a small application form. Volunteers are given free full weekend pass for 8 hours work. A great way to gain experience for your CV…and have fun!
Can I apply to perform at the festival?
Can I have a stall at the festival?
Yes that’s a possibility depending on what you’re selling. Please
